Hardware Engineering Leader

The Role:
We are seeking a seasoned hardware engineering leader to drive innovation in FPGA platforms and low-latency trading systems.
This position combines technical expertise with strategic leadership to ensure technological excellence and maintain a competitive edge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the hardware engineering team, providing technical and strategic direction.
- Oversee the design and deployment of high-performance FPGA platforms for low-latency trading systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and align hardware initiatives with broader business goals.
- Define next-generation hardware architectures to enhance system performance and scalability.
- Manage hardware delivery timelines, validation, and testing to meet performance standards.
- Integrate emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a technological advantage.
Requirements:
- Advanced degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in FPGA design, digital logic, and low-latency system development.
- Proven expertise in micro-architecture definition, RTL coding, and verification.
- Proficiency in System Verilog and Xilinx FPGA design tools.
- Working knowledge of C++, Rust, and Python.
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Jenkins).
- Strong understanding of high-performance computing and hardware-software integration.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing and mentoring engineering teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills to tackle complex technical challenges.
Compensation: $250,000 - $350,000 per year
