About the Role

This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software systems, as well as troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hardware Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain hardware systems, including PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
  • Software Support: Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software systems, including operating systems and applications.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software systems.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Technical Experience: 2+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems; experience with network protocols and hardware.
  • Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent certifications.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum
