Student Retention Specialist

We are seeking a Student Retention Specialist to design, deliver and engage students in retention activities, initiatives and interventions to foster a sense of belonging and improve student retention and success.
This role is central to the development, delivery and improvement of student retention related activities, a key aspect of our university's commitment to student success.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver student retention activities and initiatives
- Engage students in retention activities and interventions
- Contribute to the development and improvement of student retention related activities
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of student retention and success principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, staff and external partners
