We are seeking to appoint a Student Behaviour Administrator, with the drive to contribute to an atmosphere of respect, recognition, optimism, celebration and mutual support within the school which promotes equality within and values the diversity of the school community. You will be required to work closely with our Deep Support Team to support the provision for students who need help to overcome barriers to learning and develop their potential.

Outwood Academy Haydock is an 11-16 academy, based in the former mining village of Haydock, within the large Merseyside town of St Helens, and is yet to be inspected by Ofsted. Part of the Outwood Family since 2022, we are a welcoming and supportive academy, with a relentless determination to provide the very best education for every child. We place students at the centre of everything we do, with a focus on creating a culture of success and a positive climate for learning and increased student attainment, achievement and social and emotional development.

Hours 37 hours per week, term time only, plus 5 days.

Actual salary £20,168 - £20,505 based on a full time equivalent salary of £23,500 - £23,893.
