Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Health Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide essential support services to individuals and their families.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with relevant qualifications such as SVQ 2 or equivalent in Health or Social Care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide emotional and physical support to individuals and their families.
  • Foster independence by working in a dignified and respectful manner.

Requirements

  • 2 years or more experience in a similar role.
  • SQV 2 or equivalent in Health or Social Care.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
