  • Identify opportunities for service improvement, contributing to the creation of innovative solutions that enhance our care services.
  • Engage with residents, their relatives, and visitors, fostering a culture of openness, transparency, and empathy.

Requirements:
  • Substantial experience in a care setting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care.
  • Qualifications in health and social care, or working towards a higher-level qualification.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and external partners.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development, staying current with industry trends and best practices.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality care, with a focus on person-centred approaches and individualised support.
