About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Indoor Account Manager to join our team at DPD Group UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for proactively managing our existing customer base, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver exceptional service.
  • Account Planning: Create and implement account plans to support revenue growth and customer retention targets.
  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within our customer base, working closely with internal stakeholders to drive sales growth.
  • Customer Retention: Proactively manage customer relationships to prevent churn and ensure long-term account retention.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly review customer performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in account management, customer relationship management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of sales principles, customer relationship management, and business development.
  • Education: Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
