Job Description:

As a Senior Youth Care Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting the welfare and development of young people in our care. This will involve planning activities, establishing trusting relationships, and managing behaviour positively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete domestic duties to maintain a homely environment.
  • Plan and participate in activities to develop individual interests and attitudes.
  • Promote, safeguard, and protect the welfare of each young person.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with young people.
  • Manage behaviour positively and assertively.
Requirements:
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or Equivalent.
  • Experience in supporting vulnerable young people.
  • Ability to work independently with high accuracy, maintain clear records, and possess good interpersonal skills.
