Job Description
Horizon Care and Education is a leading provider of children's residential services, and we are seeking an experienced Young Person Care Specialist to join our team. As a Residential Youth Worker, you will work closely with young people, supporting them in various aspects of daily life, including education, personal development, and leisure activities. You will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment, promoting positive relationships, and empowering young people to take control of their lives.

Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary, ranging from £25,000 to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including Real Living Wage employer status, Christmas bonus, Blue Light Card, colleague referral scheme with cash rewards, financial wellbeing service, life assurance, and option to buy and sell up to 5 days annual leave. Additionally, you will have access to a comprehensive induction programme, face-to-face therapeutic training, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
