Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Residential Support Worker to join our team at Horizon Care & Education Group. As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to young people in our residential settings.

Your key responsibilities will include helping young people develop essential life skills, continuing with hobbies and social activities, learning new skills, providing support with morning routines, preparing evening meals, and ensuring the young person has a safe space to relax and unwind within the home.

We offer a competitive salary of £14.30 per hour plus overtime rate of £5 extra ph, along with a range of benefits including real living wage employer, Christmas bonus, Blue Light Card, colleague referral scheme, financial wellbeing service, life assurance, and comprehensive induction programme.

The ideal candidate will hold a level 3 qualification in Children's and Young Peoples workforce and a full UK driving licence.
