Responsibilities

  • Room Maintenance
    • Ensure that each room is impeccably cleaned and maintained, paying attention to every detail.
    • Restock amenities and supplies as needed.
  • Guest Service
    • Attend to guest requests promptly and efficiently, providing exceptional customer service.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to maintain the hotel's standards of cleanliness and presentation.
    • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss service standards and areas for improvement.
