Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our culinary team at Covent Garden Hotel. As a Commis Chef, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our talented team in a fast-paced and energetic kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items across different kitchen sections.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety practices.
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of the kitchen by efficiently completing assigned tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and quality food service.
  • Support senior chefs in daily kitchen activities and menu development.
