Senior Technical Program Manager, Prime Video Payments

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our Prime Video team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading key strategic programs that have a worldwide impact, launching products and services that enable new business opportunities for Prime Video, and delivering innovative and industry-leading features to our customers.
About the Role
The Technical Program Manager role in Prime Video's payments team requires excellent leadership and delivery skills, strategic thinking, strong technical expertise, and great stakeholder management skills to partner effectively across teams within and outside of Amazon.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish priorities, work independently, and successfully execute multiple projects for Prime Video worldwide, owning project timelines and maintaining accountability on deliverables.
- Frequently engage business, product, and technology leaders and be a strong advocate for our customers.
- Develop and execute product and technical roadmaps, owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Work directly with engineering teams, building and evaluating system-level technical design.
Requirements
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
- Experience in technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.
- Experience managing cross-functional programs and release schedules.
- Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design.
- Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps.
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience working directly with engineering teams.
- Experience in system design.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management.
- Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multimillion-dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
