We are seeking an innovative and analytical Senior Operations Quality Program Manager to support the Prime Video Trust & Safety Quality team to define and manage metrics, and streamline Quality Audit (QA) processes. Prime Video Trust & Safety programs aim to enable a globally trusted customer experience by ensuring that Prime Video (PV) provides content customers love and trust and accurate, meaningful and complete information to empowering customers to make informed viewing choices for themselves and their children.
This Senior Program Manager will be joining a team of people who audit the content review completed by T&S Operations team and own compliance quality. We are looking for a data-driven, process-oriented Program Manager who will work closely with other managers within Quality team, Operations, T&S Program, Product, Legal, and leadership to build and monitor core accuracy metrics, and drive QA process automation.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Prime Video Trust & Safety Quality team to define and manage metrics, and streamline Quality Audit (QA) processes.
- Work closely with other managers within Quality team, Operations, T&S Program, Product, Legal, and leadership to build and monitor core accuracy metrics, and drive QA process automation.
- Join a team of people who audit the content review completed by T&S Operations team and own compliance quality.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting operations/programs and using data and metrics to identify and implement improvements.
- Experience in working cross-functionally and cross-regions.
- Experience building key metrics to drive program strategy.
- Experience in quality.
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about data, has a track record of metrics implementation, simplifying processes, relationship management, and approach problems with data-driven decision making.
