We are seeking an innovative and analytical Sr. Operations Quality Program Manager to support the Prime Video Trust & Safety Quality team to define and manage metrics, and streamline Quality Audit (QA) processes.
About the Role:
This Sr. Program Manager will be joining a team of people who audit the content review completed by T&S Operations team and own compliance quality. The ideal candidate will be passionate about data, have a track record of metrics implementation, simplifying processes, relationship management, and approach problems with data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and monitor core accuracy metrics to drive program strategy.
- Drive QA process automation and improve efficiency.
- Work closely with other managers within Quality team, Operations, T&S Program, Product, Legal, and leadership to achieve goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting operations/programs and using data and metrics to identify and implement improvements.
- Experience in working cross-functionally and cross-regions.
- Experience building key metrics to drive program strategy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading process improvement ideas using Kaizen or similar mechanisms.
- Six Sigma certification or experience.
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
- Experience in driving end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience.
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
- Experience with digital video streaming.
