Senior Operations Quality Program Manager, Prime Video Trust

We are seeking an innovative and analytical Senior Operations Quality Program Manager to support the Prime Video Trust & Safety Quality team in defining and managing metrics, and streamlining Quality Audit (QA) processes.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Quality team, Operations, T&S Program, Product, Legal, and leadership to build and monitor core accuracy metrics.
- Drive QA process automation and implement process improvements using data and metrics.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements.
- Develop and maintain key metrics to drive program strategy.
- Ensure compliance quality and accuracy in content review.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting operations/programs and using data and metrics to identify and implement improvements.
- Experience working cross-functionally and cross-regions.
- Experience building key metrics to drive program strategy.
- Experience in quality assurance.
- Experience leading process improvement ideas using Kaizen or similar mechanisms.
- Six Sigma certification or experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
- Experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Experience in stakeholder management and dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
- Experience with digital video streaming.
