Operational Excellence Program Manager, Prime Video Trust

We are seeking an innovative and analytical Program Manager, Operational Excellence to join the Prime Video Trust & Safety Operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Drive high-visibility, strategic operational programs aimed at improving processes and standardizing business requirements.
- Coordinate and implement large-scale process improvement initiatives within Trust & Safety Operations.
- Manage and iterate an approach to identifying, assessing, and driving remediation for a wide set of risks on our expanding catalog.
- Act as a key liaison with various Trust & operations, quality and program/policy teams spread across multiple regions to drive immediate and long-term solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field.
- Experience in operations, program or project management.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field.
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level.
- Experience implementing operational improvements frameworks like lean, six sigma and root cause analysis.
