Join Our Team as a Senior Operations Quality Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Quality Program Manager to join our Prime Video Trust and Safety team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and managing metrics, streamlining Quality Audit (QA) processes, and driving process automation.

About the Role

The Prime Video Trust and Safety team aims to provide a globally trusted customer experience by ensuring that Prime Video provides content that customers love and trust. As a Senior Operations Quality Program Manager, you will work closely with other managers within the Quality team, Operations, T&S Program, Product, Legal, and leadership to build and monitor core accuracy metrics and drive QA process automation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and manage metrics to measure quality and accuracy
  • Streamline Quality Audit (QA) processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Drive process automation to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to build and monitor core accuracy metrics
  • Communicate results to senior leadership and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience supporting operations/programs and using data and metrics to identify and implement improvements
  • Experience working cross-functionally and cross-regionally
  • Experience building key metrics to drive program strategy
  • Experience in quality assurance and process improvement
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading process improvement ideas using Kaizen or similar mechanisms
  • Six Sigma certification or experience
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience in driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience with digital video streaming
