We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to lead our Prime Video payments team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering innovative and industry-leading features to our customers.
About the RoleThe Technical Program Manager will be responsible for establishing priorities, working independently, and successfully executing multiple projects for Prime Video worldwide. You will own the project timelines and maintain accountability on deliverables, frequently engaging business, product, and technology leaders and being a strong advocate for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Establish priorities and execute multiple projects for Prime Video worldwide
- Own project timelines and maintain accountability on deliverables
- Frequently engage business, product, and technology leaders
- Be a strong advocate for our customers
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
- Experience in technical program management working directly with software engineering teams
- Experience managing cross-functional programs and release schedules
- Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
- Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience working directly with engineering teams
- Experience in system design
- Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
