Job Title: Senior Product Manager, Technical, Prime Video Marketing

As a Senior Product Manager, Technical, Prime Video Marketing, you will play a key role in shaping the future of entertainment with Prime Video. You will partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to define the technical product vision supporting functional areas of cross-channel media strategy and planning, buying, marketing operations, campaign reporting, and measurement.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and develop innovative products and services that enable streamlined marketing planning and optimization at scale.
  2. Develop and implement data governance processes to ensure media data quality and consistency.
  3. Serve as a single point of contact for change management and process optimization solutions across data governance and automation with internal measurement and agency tech teams.
  4. Support development and regionally nuanced adaptations for business and technical process requirements and success criteria to power engineering, science, and business intelligence teams who create best-in-class solutions for customers.
  5. Establish and govern adherence to high-quality data management solutions through recurring validation exercises and tech gaps audits.
  6. Conduct advanced data analysis to uncover insights that can optimize product and planning.
  7. Foster a data-driven culture and continuously enhance our media measurement capabilities.
About the Team:

As part of Prime Video's global marketing organization, our team is responsible for booking all ATL media across 15 European countries. Our diverse, multinational group brings deep expertise in media planning, buying, and data analysis. The media operations team supports processes, tooling, and data to allow us to oversee a complex web of campaigns, data flows, and vendor relationships at scale. All aimed at driving measurable impact for the Prime Video brand.

Requirements:
  1. Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  2. Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
  3. Experience in technical product management, program management, or engineering.
  4. Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
  5. Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
  6. Experience in media or marketing data systems, media operations, and/or advanced analytics.
  7. Experience with media tooling and ad tech across a robust mix of formats including, but not limited to, television, print, digital, mobile, and out-of-home in DE, UK, FR, IT, ES, PL, TR, Nordics.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight.
  2. Experience bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements, prioritize incoming work requests, and ensure all committed work is delivered on time.
  3. Experience with automation, processing, and management of large, complex datasets.
  4. Proven expertise in media measurement, including advanced techniques like Marketing Mix Modeling.
  5. Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field like Analytics, Computer Science, or Business.
  6. Demonstrated track record of driving process improvements and innovations in a fast-paced, global environment.
