Lead Video Production Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Lead Video Production Manager to join our team at Electrify Video Partners.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned production professional to lead our video content production teams and drive business growth through innovative storytelling. As Lead Video Production Manager, you will oversee all aspects of video production, from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring high-quality output that meets client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Video Content Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive video content strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Production Planning and Management: Manage production schedules, budgets, and resources efficiently to ensure timely delivery of high-quality videos.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of producers, production managers, videographers, editors, and other production staff to achieve outstanding results.
- Talent Sourcing and Development: Identify, hire, and develop top talent in the industry, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment that encourages innovation and growth.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for individual projects and the overall production department, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and client services, to deliver high-quality video content that meets client needs and expectations.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in video production, preferably in digital, YouTube, and social media spaces.
- Expert knowledge of video production processes, including post-production workflows and cloud-based media asset management.
- Proven track record of leading production teams and delivering large volumes of high-quality assets at regular cadence.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and projects with tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
