Electrify Video Partners is a fast-growing creator economy business that invests in and scales creators with an established YouTube presence. We're seeking an experienced Content Production Manager to lead our digital content production teams.

About the Role

This role oversees A/V production, from team building and budget management to contract negotiations and post-production workflows. The ideal candidate will ensure deadlines are met, manage production assets, and implement key policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Production Strategy: Develop and implement the overall video production strategy aligned with the company's goals and growth plans.
  • Manage Production Schedules and Budgets: Manage production schedules, budgets, and resources efficiently to ensure timely delivery of high-quality videos.
  • Lead Production Teams: Lead and mentor a team of producers, production managers, videographers, editors, production assistants, and other production staff.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years Video Production experience, predominantly in the digital, YouTube and Social space.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to take the initiative and manage multiple concurrent tasks and projects with a number of deliverables.
  • Excellent English written and spoken skills are essential.
