Join Our Team as a Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our Prime Video team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

The Technical Program Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading the development and execution of technical roadmaps and product plans
  • Collaborating with engineering teams to design and deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to drive business outcomes
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and engineers
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
  • Experience in technical program management working directly with software engineering teams
  • Experience managing cross-functional programs and release schedules
  • Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
  • Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience working directly with engineering teams
  • Experience in system design
Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with experience in project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management. Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership is also a plus.
