**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain systems to identify compliance requirements, performance against standards, and track remedial actions.
  • Assess evidence of compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements across the business, monitoring and reporting on compliance.
  • Make recommendations on changes to strengthen internal controls and approach to compliance and risk management.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and development of risk management systems and business assurance frameworks.
  • Conduct audits and provide compliance advice and support across all functions of the business.
  • Support compliance with Data Protection law through the provision of advice, logging, and monitoring issues, and signing off Data Subject Access Requests.

  • Proven experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior management and directors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
