Chief Executive Officer Support Specialist

Job Opportunity: We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-quality support to our Chief Executive for 25 hours per week.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of a dynamic charity and help ensure that the CEO can focus on strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Calendar & Travel Management: Coordinate appointments, meetings, recruitment, and travel arrangements.
- Finance Administration: Assist with finance-related tasks, including liaising with external accountants and maintaining accurate records.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail, as well as high proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Requirements:
- Experience within housing, social care, or charity sectors.
- Familiarity with social media management (Facebook, Twitter, website updates).
- Ability to drive and travel to external meetings.

Benefits:Office-based with flexible part-time hours (25 hours per week, worked over 3-4 days, one day must be a Friday)
Salary: £32,500 per annum (pro-rata) dependent on experience
