Job Summary: We seek a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Chief Executive, contributing to the success of our Registered Social Housing Provider and Charity.

This role involves coordinating key activities, such as calendar management, travel arrangements, and financial administration.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, ensuring efficient time utilisation.
  • Arrange travel and meetings, facilitating communication between stakeholders.
  • Conduct finance-related tasks, collaborating with external accountants and maintaining records.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Microsoft Office, organisational skills, and attention to detail.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in housing, social care, or charity sectors.
  • Proficiency in social media management (Facebook, Twitter, website updates).
  • Valid driving licence and ability to travel for meetings.

Work Arrangements:

Flexible part-time schedule (25 hours/week, 3-4 days/week, one Friday) in a modern office setting. Salary (£32,500 pro-rata) commensurate with experience, plus benefits package including 27 Days Holiday + BH (pro rata) and 8% Pension.
