Job Title: Student Support Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Student Support Specialist to join our team at The Grange Therapeutic School. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting young people with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support to students in classrooms, around the school site, and on activities and trips
* Assist teachers and instructors in delivering lessons and activities
* Promote safeguarding and pupil welfare
* Liaise with tutors and family support
* Support behaviour management and student welfare

Requirements:
* GCSE C/4 or above in English and Maths or equivalent
* Experience working with young people
