Technical Design and Support Specialist - HVAC

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Design and Support Specialist to join our team at Uponor UK.

This is an exciting opportunity for a technical professional to provide expert support and guidance to our customers, installers, and end-users on our HVAC systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support and guidance on the installation, selection, and repair of our HVAC systems.
  • Assisting installers with system performance, installation issues, product failures, and commissioning advice.
  • Developing and delivering training programs for our HVAC systems.
  • Collaborating with our Applications and Design teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Utilizing our business systems to manage project records, customer details, and other relevant information.
  • Producing estimates and quotes for customers based on their requirements.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong background in HVAC design and installation.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of plumbing and heating systems.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A strong understanding of our products and systems.
