Job Title: Night Care Leader

We're seeking an experienced carer to lead a small team of carers, ensuring the security and safety of our residents and the home in general. As a Night Care Leader, you'll be responsible for reviewing care plans, maintaining accurate records, and managing the time of both yourself and your team effectively to support the wellbeing of our residents.

About You

You'll have NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care, or you've achieved NVQ Level 2, and you're prepared to study for NVQ Level 3. You'll also be experienced in leading a team to deliver care, be keen to progress to a role with greater levels of responsibility and be willing to undertake relevant training to support your career development in a nurturing, engaging and rewarding environment.
