The Role
We're seeking an experienced carer to lead a small team of carers, ensuring the security and safety of our residents and the home in general. You'll be responsible for reviewing care plans, maintaining accurate records, and managing the time of both yourself and your team effectively to support the wellbeing of our residents.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care, or NVQ Level 2 with a willingness to study for NVQ Level 3
- Experience in leading a team to deliver care
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to get along with others
