Job Title: Night Care Leader
We are seeking an experienced carer to lead a small team of carers, ensuring the security and safety of our residents and the home in general.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of carers to deliver care to our residents
- Ensure care plans are regularly reviewed and maintained
- Manage the time of both yourself and your team effectively
- Support the wellbeing of our residents
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care
- Experience in leading a team to deliver care
- Ability to motivate and support your team
- Excellent communication skills
