About The Coombs


The Coombs is a 36 bed care home providing residential, nursing, and respite care in a comfortable, homely setting.


Our Care Team


We are looking for an experienced carer to lead a small team of care workers, ensuring the safety and security of our residents and the home.


Your Role


As a Night Care Leader, you will be responsible for managing the time of both yourself and your team effectively to support the wellbeing of our residents.


You will understand the importance of maintaining accurate records, regularly reviewing care plans and motivating your team to deliver the best possible care.

What We're Looking For


We are seeking a positive role model with excellent communication skills, able to lead a team and motivate them to deliver the best possible care.


You will have NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care, or be willing to study for it, and have experience in leading a team to deliver care.

You will be a supportive leader, able to get along with others and have a natural ability to motivate your team.
