Job Title: Night Care Leader

We are seeking an experienced carer to lead a small team of carers, ensuring the security and safety of our residents and the home in general.

About the Role

As a Night Care Leader, you will be responsible for reviewing care plans, maintaining accurate records, and managing the time of both yourself and your team effectively to support the wellbeing of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team of carers to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Review and implement care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Manage the time of yourself and your team to ensure efficient care delivery

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent
  • Experience in leading a team to deliver care
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
