Job Title: Night Care Leader

We are seeking an experienced carer to lead a small team of carers, ensuring the security and safety of our residents and the home in general.

About the Role

As a Night Care Leader, you will be responsible for reviewing care plans, maintaining accurate records, and managing the time of both yourself and your team effectively to support the wellbeing of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team of carers to deliver care to our residents
  • Review and implement care plans to ensure the best possible care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Manage the time of yourself and your team effectively

Requirements

You will have NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care, or you've achieved NVQ Level 2, and you're prepared to study for NVQ Level 3. You'll also be experienced in leading a team to deliver care, be keen to progress to a role with greater levels of responsibility and be willing to undertake relevant training to support your career development in a nurturing, engaging and rewarding environment.
