Night Care Leader

Location: Coleford

Pay rate: £14.76

Contracted hours: 36 hours, 3x shifts a week

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a leader of a small group of caregivers, you will be tasked with maintaining vigilant oversight of the safety and security of our residents and the facility. You will ensure that care plans are consistently updated, recognizing the importance of precise record-keeping, and will effectively manage your time and that of your team to promote the well-being of our residents. While some shifts may present challenges, you will also share joyful moments, laughter, and create lasting memories with those in your care.

The Coombs is a 36-bed Care Home located in the town of Coleford. The home provides residential, nursing, and respite care in a welcoming, homely environment. We have received a rating of 9.2 and are recognized as 'Good' by the Care Quality Commission.

ABOUT YOU

You will possess an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care, or have achieved NVQ Level 2 and be willing to pursue NVQ Level 3. You should have experience in leading a team to provide care, a desire to advance to a role with greater responsibilities, and a commitment to undertaking relevant training to support your career growth in a nurturing, engaging, and rewarding environment.
