Job Title: HR Officer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled HR professional to join our team at Kate+Co. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all meetings are arranged and carried out as necessary, supporting the administration team, and ensuring all mandatory training is completed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and conduct meetings as necessary
  • Support the administration team
  • Ensure all mandatory training is completed
  • Deal with college recruitment
  • Create and post recruitment adverts
  • Communicate with agencies and management when using temporary staff
  • Write job descriptions
  • Participate in the interview stage

Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 3 (A level or equivalent)
  • CPP Qualification or prepared to work towards
  • Level 2 in English and Maths or working towards
  • Happy to travel between campuses if needed
  • Proven office experience
  • Confident in using Excel and Word
  • Great organisational skills
  • Ability to work confidentially with staff and other team members
