We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Homicide Team Lead to join our National Homicide Service, covering Central and East of England. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of Homicide Family Caseworkers, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery across a geographically dispersed area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a team of Homicide Family Caseworkers
  • Manage a demanding and diverse workload, achieving key performance indicators
  • Provide exceptional trauma-informed advocacy and support to service users
  • Develop and maintain constructive working relationships with stakeholders, including Police Family Liaison Officers and Senior Investigation Officers
  • Present the service and work to inform, educate, and encourage notifications and referrals into the service
