Overview:


NRS Healthcare, the UK's leading provider of Community Equipment Services, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Specialist - Equipment Coordinator to join our team.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to occupational therapists and clients by phone, ensuring accurate booking and delivery of equipment in domestic settings across Lincolnshire.
  • Process and record information accurately on the booking system for efficient driver service delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to trained policies and procedures for optimal service delivery.
  • File all driver paperwork upon return to the depot.


Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess a positive can-do attitude, excellent customer service skills, and be friendly, approachable, and empathetic when dealing with members of the public, many of whom are elderly or vulnerable.


You will also need good communication skills, resilience, flexibility, and the ability to work effectively within a close-knit team.
