About the Role:

Ambient Support is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Care Support Specialist to join our team in Grantham. As a Care Support Specialist, you will provide social and emotional support to individuals with complex learning disability needs, enabling them to gain greater independence and improve their well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support with daily living tasks
  • Assisting with shopping and budgeting
  • Building and maintaining relationships with friends and family
  • Supporting individuals with household tasks and activities

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, including autism
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and provide support during all shift patterns
