Job Title: Senior Care Professional
Gap Healthcare is currently recruiting for a new opportunity on behalf of our client in the UK for a Senior Support Worker for a children's home.
This is a permanent and full-time role with a salary up to £32,000-£34. Our client provides specialist support to children and young people in care.
As a Senior Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care services that support the needs of the residents, act as an advocate for their well-being, and provide strong, motivational leadership to staff.
Key responsibilities include shift leading, supporting team members, and providing support, advice, and coaching to support workers within the home.
You will need to have a thorough understanding of OFSTED compliance and a Level 3 in Health and Social Care - Children Services. A driver with access to a car is also required.
