About the Business Development Executive Role

Blue Arrow Derby is proud to be working in partnership with a small independent business that specializes in the Print/IT industry. They are seeking a Business Development Executive to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for booking appointments for the Account Management Team and forming a rapport with potential new business customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Target and identify potential new business customers
  • Market and schedule appointments for the range of services and solutions
  • Establish a rapport with potential customers and understand their current solutions and needs

What You Will Need:
  • Confidence and a willingness to ask questions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

What We Offer:
  • Up to £25,000 basic salary + commission on sales
  • OTE £30,000 - £35,000
  • Bonus for any appointments made
