Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Level 3 Senior Support Worker to join our team, specializing in children's services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert care and support to children and young people, while also mentoring and guiding junior staff members.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to children and young people.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Supervise and mentor junior support workers.
  • Maintain a safe and nurturing environment.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CHILDREN, FAMILIES, AND PROFESSIONALS.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People or an equivalent qualification. They should also possess extensive experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
