About the Role:The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical account management, with a proven track record of success in managing large-scale enterprise partnerships. They will possess excellent technical skills, with problem-resolution abilities in Contact Center technologies and will be responsible for assisting with process, data, and object modeling in various applications.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction through strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful partnership outcomes.
- Maintain expertise in industry-leading Contact Center technologies and provide thought leadership to the company.
Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year
