Hotel Sales Director

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team at Britannia Hotels in Scarborough. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with experience in hotel sales and supervisory skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for showcasing a clear understanding of the company's business strategies, focusing on corporate meetings and events. They will update action plans and financial objectives quarterly, identify new markets and business opportunities, and increase sales. Additionally, they will represent the hotel in various events and exhibitions, conduct sales calls, arrange site inspection trips, provide quick responses to enquiries, and develop long-term business relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and experience working with Microsoft Office and hotel software such as Opera Cloud.
