Returns Operations Specialist

The Returns Operations Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the highest levels of service to Huboo's clients and customers. This position is responsible for the management of all returned goods, inspecting quality, and taking the right actions in accordance with Huboo's internal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process returned goods and return them to the correct HUB in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Investigate potential order fulfillment errors and take corrective actions to resolve
  • Investigate errors raised by clients with orders sent to their end consumer and update records with root cause
  • Investigate and resolve unknown returns, ensuring goods can be processed accordingly
  • Follow company procedures specific to returns management, ensuring stock is returned to the applicable HUB to be booked back in
  • Own internal systems and records specific to returned goods
  • Ensure accurate and prompt billing and charges for returned items
  • Report findings of trends and errors to clients where required
  • Support the development of solutions and suggestions for improvement

Requirements:

  • Drive to achieve daily targets for all received returns
  • MS Office (Outlook and Excel)
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Experience with managing record keeping and data entry
  • Curiosity and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence in talking to stakeholders and building positive working relationships

About Huboo:

Huboo is a unique fulfillment warehouse that offers a specific Hub Model, allowing Hub Managers to take ownership of their Hubs and be the point of contact for clients. We work with clients selling through eBay, Amazon, and other channels.
