Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work effectively in a team. You should also have a strong understanding of child development and be able to provide support and guidance to children with varying levels of need.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Level 3 qualification in Caring for Children and Young People (or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 12 months experience in a child-centred, therapeutic environment.
  • Fully funded training programs leading to valuable external qualifications.

Salary and Benefits:

A competitive salary of £29,600 - £30,800 per annum, plus sleep-in allowance, is offered along with enhanced pay scales based on qualifications and experience. Comprehensive benefits include enhanced company maternity and paternity pay, employee benefits program, NEST Pension Scheme, life assurance, and 28 days annual leave including Bank Holidays.
