Empowering Lives: Be a Positive Intervention Practitioner Specialist

We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Positive Intervention Practitioner Specialist to join our team at Bramerton. As a key member of our care staff, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our residents with learning disabilities and complex needs.

This challenging yet rewarding role involves developing and maintaining interventions aimed at reducing challenging behaviors, working collaboratively with our Clinical Lead and Senior Practitioner. You'll also contribute to PBS initiatives, ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care.

As a Positive Intervention Practitioner Specialist, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of £52,000 per annum, inclusive of a 48-hour contract, and a range of benefits, including holiday entitlement, sick pay, and an Employee Assistance Programme. Take advantage of comprehensive training opportunities, including the Adult Care Worker Level 2 and Lead Adult Care Worker Level 3 qualifications.
