About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our Employee Relations (ER) Team at Exemplar Health Care. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a vital role in supporting our Operational Teams to ensure a professional, fair, and consistent approach to our organization's policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations Case Management: Lead on the management of all Employee Relations cases, which will vary in complexity, risk, and volume. This may include cases involving dismissal.
  • Operational Team Support: Support and coach our Operational Teams on each stage of any ER case to embed best practice, ensuring that advice is compliant with relevant policies and the ACAS Codes of Practice.
  • Employment Litigations: Support and manage any employment litigations claims, including collaborating with other HR colleagues and external Legal partners.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collate, analyze, and report on data to identify trends and provide proactive resolutions.
  • Weekly/Periodic Reporting: Provide weekly/periodic reporting on case statistics and case work updates.
  • Leadership Initiatives: Support our wider HR colleagues to deliver leadership initiatives, such as upskilling.
About You

We are looking for someone who identifies with our values of fun, integrity, responsiveness, success, and teamwork. You will also have:

  • 2 years solid hands-on Employee Relations experience within a fast-paced HR/ER function.
  • High professional standards, methodical, and diligent, with a high attention to detail.
  • Effective organizational skills and an ability to manage and meet competing priorities with varying deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently, but also as part of a team.
  • Effective and adaptive communication, through a variety of communication methods to varying stakeholders and situations.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • CIPD qualifications or a willingness to undertake this.
  • A full, clean driving license, as well as your own car.
