About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our Employee Relations team at Exemplar Health Care. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring a fair and consistent approach to our organization's policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve employee relations cases, including disciplinary matters and grievances
  • Provide coaching and guidance to operational teams on employee relations best practices
  • Collaborate with external legal partners to manage employment litigation claims
