Edwards & Pearce is seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team on a 15-month contract. As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client's HR team, covering maternity leave and working closely with operational SLT teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement
  • Design, write, and deliver training programs to upskill the workforce
  • Provide HR guidance and support to employees and management
  • Conduct data-driven analysis to inform HR decisions
  • Collaborate with operational teams to drive business objectives

**Requirements:**

  • At least 3 years of experience as an HR Advisor or HR Manager in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong employment law background and knowledge of HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience in writing and delivering training materials
